8Tracks. My new favorite website <3 basically you make music mixes by uploading your own music onto this website, it lets other people play your playlists that you made online. ITS THE GREATEST THING. Even better, If you have Last.FM, it syncs to that while you're listening on 8tracks to your mixes, or SOMEONE ELSES. Which just rocks my world.

and lastly, if you havent seen this show already, BEING HUMAN IS THE GREATEST SHOW IN THE HISTORY OF FOREVER FOR SCIENCEY VAMPIRE / WEREWOLF / GHOST PEOPLE. I know, it sounds like twilight with a ghost. But it's so not. Once you get over your twilightphobia, it's the most beautifully articualted show. <3 besides some parts which are reaaaallly... akward.... it has a great storyline in the first 8 episodes. :)

Holy Time Travel
Everything is like zooooming by so fast 0___0
I also made it to the art show with one of my drawings that I love :D which makes me very happy :P
In one of the classes I'm in I am working on rennovating the school's courtyard and making it into a garden and place of enviornmental art.
In art class I most DEFINATLEY finished my art project already. Although it took so long, I finished it on about March 15th. It took so long to do but it was well worth it, it made me realize how much I love art and how much I want to succeed at it.
Now we're working on Geometric Abstraction art, it was so hard for me to accomplish this, because to me it's all 'math'. simple shapes = math. That's just me though, after getting it all down it was fun to mix and match different shapes, it just took forever to get used to. We had to do a series of 20 drawings then try and 'overlay' them and making one picture out of many different ones. I ended up basically trashing my old pictures and not even using them in my final one. The 'final' project I'm working on now is a bunch of circles overtop a 'tile' background. The color range is a simple Black - Brown - Red - Orange - Yellow - Peach - White, with a purple hue put over top. It's in oil pastel so it's soooo vivid and bright. A requirement for the project is to use ink as well, so I outlined the circles in black ink with a quill pen. It looks pretty good right now I'd say, but I regret outlining the white circle in black.
I also hope I stay active in my art during the summer, that's my only fear right now, is to get off track and do other things and let my art fall behind.

Work In Progress - Bob the Skull
THIS. Is Hill Billy Bob, the artistic skull.
( you can't see it in the picture but he's missing like 2 - 3 teeth. :)
Just started this, this picture is from earlier today :) Its for a 3 picture sequence in drawing. Yeah it's creepy, I can hardly stand being around the skull in the first place. But I'm willing to grin and bare it for the sake of art. The picture is to be like music giving people life and granting imagination! I can't wait to start, first off however, I need to perfect the idea.
Wish me luck.

Those Car Rides you'll Never Forget.
This past weekend my mom and I went to a baby shower. I hate arriving at destinations. Not just this one because it was a baby shower, no I was glad to come. But it's the ride there that really gets me going because of the music you can have in the car. I control the music on every trip, if you don't like it then i'm sorry, but it's my (family's) car / I'm driving / you like my music so you don't worry about it. However, I do play my music quite loud, but hey what's music if its just in the background, I need to feel my music. It helps focus so I don't drive in the ditch and what not. This was a 2 1/2 hour drive, so my mom and I split up the driving times so I wouldn't die of tunnel vision.
Not only was the music, relaxation and just overall enjoyment of the trip making me happy, it was also getting up early to drive. Getting up in general is a whole nother story, but if it's to just go out and drive, who wouldn't love that?
Also in our school program we got to go to the ethanol plant, and that last picture is NOT pollution, I found out that it's just steam and the ethanol plant is actually a great place for career opportunities for the right person.
For right now what's on my mind though is this movie we saw at my friend's church. It's called To Save a Life. It was really an amazing movie. I've heard about it from some of my other friends but never saw it until today. It really made me think. Especially since i'm doing this drawing that i'm starting to work on with a skull using music to come to life. Ironically the headphones i'm putting on the skull are skullcandy brand. :) thought that was pretty funny after I got started.

So, Snow. Its EVERYWHERE.
Nothing gets as good as 2 snow days in a row <3 haha
On my days off I had to babysit my cousins, and we got the crazy idea to go outside in the blizzard! It only lasted a few minutes, but it was fun! Enjoy the pictures! I'll try to write stories to go along with them later!
They were pulling me down the hill! I'm not sure why they didn't let gravity do it for them but whatever haha!

Haah me hiding in the tree place!

Pulling me up the hill!
I just find these pictures adorable :)
The wild man hiding behind trees scaring his enemies with the secret gun flag.
Running with the flag!
One lonely flag in the wind signaling the hole to a secret tree tunnel.
TREEEEEE close up
Running with the flag.
My favorite picture from that day!
The tree suddenly became a stairway.. if you look from the branch he's on it really does look like it could be a stairway.

Moments for Eternity
So I've been thinking for awhile about making a journal of random things to photograph or draw. Recently I've been trying to not be a 'zombie' through life and actually see what's around me. I've noticed quite a few things that are interesting but never quite got the chance to photograph it. Or anything. Which is somewhat dissapointing D:
Is it just me who also sees a flash of something, just a glance, or a moments view of one thing then see that single milisecond of inspiration replay in my mind for the rest of the day. For instance, today (just awhile ago) my dad and I were driving around town and we drove past this couple walking across the sidewalk as we were going by. For a brief bit of time I saw her face peer up out of her coat and what I saw sent my mind reeling into a story. I always think it's a quite unique idea to consider what other people are doing while your doing something completely different or if you could jump from person to person and see through there eyes and just live their life for a few seconds and see how your situation in life is better or less interesting, seeing what kind of thing is going on.
When I saw the couple walking I went into fiction fantasy world (from the girl's point of view):
We were walking, he and I, through the snow along the busy street of a small town that swelled overnight. It was the middle of winter yet these people were celebrating a festivity called: "Winter Games" I believe it was. He kept dragging me along saying that everything would be okay once we got out on the ice where basically everyone in the bustling small town was. I believed him for the short bit of time that I could, knowing that once we got there nobody would recignize us because we were outsiders. We truly weren't humans as you'd expect. We were really wolves in a human body. (I have to pause here because I love wolves and every time I write a story on here the characters will most likely be wolves. As humans. so get used to it :) because alien stories just freak me out and turn it all sci-fi)
We were sent to the games to see if we could find more of our own among the crowd, but as we neared closer a white truck drove past. A 15 year old girl sitting passenger to the driver who appeared to be her father. Our eyes locked for what seemed like forever, but was really was nothing compared to the span of life. I knew her. I had to find her once we got onto the ice. She could save me from this hell I have, trapped in this human body. She knows. She can help.
At this point I began arguing with myself about how I could know about someone I just met. Not even met, but just saw. I was crazy for believing that some human could help me. It would never happen. Ever. Not the way that I was brought up in my pack.
The roar of a ski-doo broke my concentration, we had reached the ice. Now it was feeding time.
I hate how my stories are so dark, but hey I think it's genius and I can't help it. See you tomorrow! Hopefully I can draw the wolf-girl in the coat sometime.
